AssisTT is a contact center company, established in November 2007 as a subsidiary of Türk Telekom. Beyond a conventional call center, it provides solutions such as sales and marketing, social media management and e-mailing to its customers.

AssisTT made a difference in directory services with its brands “11818” in 2010 and with “11820” in 2011. The company carries out numerous large-scale projects, including Ministry of Health Central Appointment System in 2012, one of the largest projects in call center sector. In addition to Türk Telekom Group companies, AssisTT’s major customers include Turkish Airlines, Ministry of Health and Turkish State Railways. Family and Social Policies Ministry , Multinet and Turkish Patent Institute are the new customers of 2013. In 2014 The Radio and Television Supreme Council, Hitachi, Cigna Finance and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency added to AssisTT customer portfolio.

AssisTT contributes to economic development by providing employment to thousands of people with its investments in Anatolia.
